It is in the name of this elegance, that defines Serralunga's rows of vines, that Azienda Agricola Giovanni Rosso looked to Sicily in 2016 and purchased the Etna estate in Solicchiata hamlet of Castiglione di Sicilia.
An oenologist with international experience, Davide Rosso took over as head of the winery in 2001 and set in motion, on the family’s trail, the design of the new winery, which was inspired by the Bordeaux chateaux he had known in his previous career.
He has treasured his education as a winemaker, which he achieved in Alba and France, with the winemaking techniques of Burgundy and being close to Luigi Oddero. Today Davide opens his doors to the world, offering guided tastings that become sensory experiences, exclusive dinners and helicopter flights over the Langhe.
